    • What if I need my laundry done faster?

  • - You can use our express service delivery. We deliver clothes within 8 hours. Express Delivery charges are extra.

    • What if I can't be home for my scheduled pick-up or drop off?

  • - You can call and inform us, we can adjust accordingly. Alternatively, we can drop at an alternate location if needed.

    • What do I do if I have a delicate garment that needs cleaned?

  • - You can inform us about that and we will take care of it.

    • Are my clothes washed with other people's clothes?

  • - Our laundries are equipped with automatic machines which take a maximum of 6 Kgs load. Rest assured, we guarantee total exclusivity.

  • - Finders Keepers. Please make sure you empty your pockets before giving us laundry. If we find something, we will make sure it is returned to you.

    • Is there a minimum order?

  • - For washing, we take a minimum of 1 Kg of clothes. For Ironing, we take a minimum of 8 pieces cloths.
